What does the 'Device Error' screen in the app mean?

The device error screen is a management interface that allows manual control of the device’s data transmission status. It is mainly used by fitness center operators or for maintenance.

Check the current status using LED and icon colors

Blue

The device is normally connected via Bluetooth, and gait data is being transmitted in real time.

Red

Error state (E1). Data transmission is stopped and the device LED also turns red.

Error Occurred (E1)

Immediately stops data transmission. Icons and LED change to red. Used when maintenance or temporary measurement suspension is needed.

Error Cleared (E0)

Resumes data transmission. Icons return to blue and normal measurement continues.

General users do not need to operate this screen manually. If the icon or LED is red, press [Clear Error] to return it to blue before starting exercise.
