Can multiple people share and use the same device?

It is not possible for multiple users to connect simultaneously. However, users can take turns using the device one by one.

1:1 Pairing Principle

For security and to prevent data loss, JAWS devices only connect to one smartphone at a time. Please ensure the previous user disconnects before the next user connects.

Correct Turn-Taking Procedure

The current user finishes the exercise and disconnects from the app.

When the device LED blinks blue, the disconnection is complete.

The next user opens the app on their own smartphone and connects to the device.
