My exercise records look different between the app and the web.

App and web data may differ because they are stored in different systems.

App

Local device storage
Data is removed only from this device when the app is deleted.

Web

Server storage
Only records successfully transmitted via internet connection are displayed.

Q. I deleted a record in the app, but it still appears on the web

This is expected behavior. Deleting in the app only removes local data on the device and does not affect server-stored records. To delete server data, use the trash icon in the web report.

Q. I definitely exercised, but no record appears on the web

If the network was unstable at the time of exercise completion, the data may not have been sent to the server. Please reopen the app with a stable internet connection. The locally stored exercise data will be automatically synced to the server and then appear on the web.
